Careers & Apprenticeships

Members of the community hire members of the community. This is a two-way concept. When local households and businesses call on our members to build up their neighborhoods our members proudly employ your neighbors, friends, and family from right here at home. In what we consider a true model for education, Apprenticeship schools educate and employ a local labor force of applicants from any and all backgrounds and talents. Apprentices earn a living wage & comprehensive benefit package as well as a debt-free college degree. While students contribute their fair share of taxes, Apprenticeship programs accept almost no money at all from the public. Right here in our region, we have three local Apprentice training centers; wholly funded by employers. It costs our communities almost nothing to cultivate some of the most productive and efficient workers in the world. Discover resources to energize a fulfilling career with us in the electrical construction industry.
